The father of one of my cousin, on my mother side, was Georgian, Laurent Tchkaidzé, born in France, his family, came in France at the time of the Bolshevik revolution.

As the civil war ended in Georgia, in 2005, with the venue of MIKHAÏL SAAKACHVILI, and the reborn economic of Georgia, he started to invest there, buying apartments in Batumi.

One year latter I follow him and bought our house in Kobuleti in June 2007.

I started then building what is today our guesthouse.

And we open for our first season in June 2011.
