We are in Georgia from June to September, to work the summer Season in our Guest house - Restaurant - boutique
Winter time, we are in Asia, Thailand, India and Indonesia, and as well in France.
During the winter we offer a Trader service for companies who would be interest by some product we have choose to represent here on our website.
All the product listed are product that we like, that we did check qualities, that we saw with our own eyes, and that we decided to represents because we believe they are good product to work with.
It's all start with our own Guest house, Restaurant, boutique, when i decided to launch my bizness in Georgia, i came to Thailand, that i knew since 1998, tu buy all the Furniture for the restaurant guest house (kitchen material, tables and chair set, Room set, beds, folks, plate, glasses ...), and as well for the Boutique (nice collection from young designers, mannequin, and furniture for the boutique)
All you see on our website about our place in Georgia was import in 2010 from Thailand.
At this time I invest 15 000 euros, and save about 40 000 Euros if I would have to buy all what I needed in Europe or in Georgia.
So we offer, for Restaurant, hotel, boutique, and other, to help them to make the same saving.
We also offer a large choice of kid’s furniture in teak wood or mango wood to import in Europe for Schools, and children centres.
We manage the buying, checking of qualities, transport, custom clearance. That you get your goods on the best way, directly at the place of you choice (door to door).
We as well import from France Wine and offer to other Georgian Restaurant, to share our containers (on the right time, as we order our wine for our restaurant, the transport cost is then to share between us), or to help you to make your own containers when ever you like.
We have good rate for transport and are experienced, with formalities (custom clearance), my wife, Olga Gurova, who manage this side of the work is experienced 4 years in transports companies (APA logistick, BaltLogistick) from St Petersburg.
For a container, the minimum investment to work with us is 10 000 investment.
To proceed :
you make an order from some product we represent that your interest with. If you have on top some special needs, we can advice you, and we shall try to find what is possible to find.
Then we shall make a study, about, price, stocking, space in container, packing, cost of transport and loading ( exactly what you shall pay, with a 10% more or less), cost of border taxes (approximate 30% more or less, as there are very complicated sometime according to the countries, the materials ... ) : For this study which represent a big work, we ask in advance 300 euros.
Then you must consider 4 parameters:
a/ The buying of your product : all the price on our website are the local price, with the local money, out of any commission on our side.
b/ Transport and loading cost.
c/ Custom clearance, and loading or door to door cost at the arrival, banking cost for funds transfer and change.
d/ Our commission.
So as shown upper, we take 300 euros for the studding of the project.
When validate, we take an other 1000 euros advance. If you change your mind for any purpose after validation, there will be no refunds.
Then our cost is a percentage of the total operation: a + b + c = the operation:
Our commission is 20% for operation less than 20 000 euros. (We have almost the same cost of plane, moving around, hostels ... )
15 % from 20 000 euros to 50 000 euros.
10 % upper 50 000 euros.
From this we deduct the cost of the studies (300 euros) and de validation advance (1000 euros)
